Enterprise S&OP – Integrating Customer PlansJason Reiman Objectives:
This session helps the attendee identify critical factors that enable the successful integration of sales and customer inputs into the enterprise wide decision making process. Hear a supporting case study showcasing a leading chocolate manufacturer’s support of a fully integrated model – including dedicated customer planning – that cemented the foundation for a well functioning S&OP process. Jason Reiman is Senior Director, Sales & Operations Planning of The Hershey Company. In this role, Jason leads the global planning activities from a customer level back through production planning. Jason is also responsible for implementing an enterprise S&OP (sales & operations planning) process. Prior to this role, Jason has held positions as Director, Customer Service & Planning and Director, Demand Planning at Hershey. Before joining Hershey in 1996, Jason was a Supply Chain Consultant for Manugistics, Inc. Jason earned his degree in Logistics from Penn State University. |
