With over twenty-five years of diverse
logistics experience, Booz Allen Hamilton Senior Associate Bernie
Boucher supports the firm’s clients in the military services,
defense and logistics agencies.
Mr. Boucher leverages and is adept
at integrating complex military and commercial global supply chains
at the highest levels, with proven ability to manage changes to
achieve organization vision/goals. He applies current, deep and
broad knowledge of Department of Defense business processes and
systems.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Mr. Boucher worked
for IBM and served as the Deputy Program Manager for the Defense
Logistics Agency, Common Food Management System (CFMS), a global
COTS-based retail food management solution designed to replace the
aging legacy systems for the four Military Services.
Specifically skilled in strategic planning, integration,
strategic sourcing and business process reengineering, requiring
the development and implementation of commercial business practices
in support of past Department of Defense/IBM projects which included:
- Defense Logistics Agency - Base Realignment and
Closure and National Inventory Management System Initiatives
- Army Materiel Command - Logistics Civilian Augmentation
Program III Initiative
Education includes: Naval War College, Newport,
Rhode Island. Masters Degree in National Security and Strategic
Studies, St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Master of Business Administration (MBA), Campbell University, Buies
Creek, North Carolina. Bachelor of Science in Business Administration,
Institute of Logistical Management, Certified Logistics Practitioner.
Post graduate education includes graduate Supply Chain and Financial
Optimization Executive Programs from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology, Northwestern University and the United States Merchant
Marine Academy.
Mr. Boucher is a Past President of the CSCMP Delaware
Valley Roundtable.
